According to statistics annually in Russia 40 000 children dye of cancer, every 2 hours 1 child comes down with cancer. But cancer is not a death sentence! 80% of children may be rescued!
Lots of people prefer to be unaware of such children, considering that there is no chance to help them. But it’s not true! Even giving a smile for a child aids his recovery. There is a whole treatment course for such children – psychotherapy of cancer (the influence on child’s emotional state). All of us have seen TV stories when clowns visit seriously ill kids and prepare a party for them: balloons, confetti, smiles, laugh…all these things children miss so much, living in hospitals for months. Such methods are in common practice abroad for a long time …in Russia they just appear. And it works! 80% of children in Europe ill with cancer overcome illness, while in Russia only 50%.
Starting project “You only live once” specialists of the Company have visited children’s oncology department, spoke to its head doctor.
