Dear Friends! You have an opportunity to register in MeiTan Company and become its Consultant. To do this you should fill out the form, and after that the representatives of our Company will contact you.

Attention! All fields of the contract must be filled with Cyrillic or Latin alphabet symbols only. Contract of citizens of non-CIS countries must be filled with the symbols of Latin alphabet only.

Pay Attention! You cannot order products via the Internet! You may find the list of the addresses of available rep offices by sending a message to info@meitan.ru

HOW TO FILL OUT ELECTRONIC CONTRACT

1. This Contract can be filled out by any person with a passport, who wishes to become a consultant of MeiTan Company; wants to be beautiful, happy, prosperous and to bring philosophy of beauty and harmony to people.
2. Before you fill out the contract, please, make sure to read "The terms of the Contract of MeiTan Company" carefully.
3. All fields of the Contract marked with * are required.
4. After you fill out the contract you will receive a message to the email specified in the form confirming the receipt of your form.
5. Contract registration is performed within 48 hours;
6. Contract registration takes place only on work days.
7. After your contract is registered, you will get an email message to the email address you’ve specified in the form confirming your contract registration, containing a copy of your contract, number and password assigned to you so that you could enter your account.
8. Copy of your contract sent to your email, can be printed out and may serve as a pass to the warehouses and rep offices of the Company.
9. Filling out and registration of the contract is impossible if:
- You cannot fill in all necessary fields marked with asterisk *;
- You already have a contract of MeiTan consultant.
10. All fields of the contract must be filled with Cyrillic or Latin alphabet symbols only. The exclusion to this is the “Passport” field, where you have to enter data in strict accordance with passport details.
11. Fields "Surname", "Name", "Patronymic" must be filled in using the same symbols as used in your passport.
12. Contract of citizens of non-CIS countries must be filled out with the use of Latin alphabet symbols only.
